From a young age, I’ve been driven by a deep curiosity for technology and how it can be used to create leverage, unlock opportunity, and transform lives. I began building and selling WordPress websites and full-service digital marketing solutions for local businesses at just 16, learning early how technology, branding, and revenue work together to grow real companies. That foundation led me into computer science, software engineering, data, and automation, where I developed a passion for building systems that don’t just function — they scale.
As my career progressed, I moved into enterprise technology, working as a QA Automation Engineer, then rising into Agile Scrum Leadership, Product Delivery, and Program Management, where I led cross-functional teams delivering mission-critical platforms inside highly regulated financial environments. I’ve worked on systems responsible for compliance, risk, customer data, and AI-driven decisioning, managing complex programs with multi-million-dollar scope and executive-level visibility.
But I always knew I was meant to build something bigger — a firm that could help organizations not just adopt technology, but evolve through it. That’s why I founded xConvergence: to bring together Data, AI Systems, Leadership, and Strategy into a single force that acts as a multiplier for real business growth. His work ensures that critical systems remain secure, auditable, and scalable while enabling faster delivery and continuous improvement. Previously, as a QA Automation Engineer and Scrum Leader, Alec built and deployed enterprise-grade automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing systems that dramatically improved software quality and reduced release risk across multiple product lines.
Alec’s expertise is grounded in both formal training and real-world execution. He holds a background in Computer Science, is a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Product Owner, and Agile Project Management Professional, and has been trained in enterprise QA automation, CI/CD, and data-driven delivery models.
